 Yesterday was finally sunny (at least for a few hours), so I took advantage of it and ran outside to photograph my newest herd members. The first place I went is on the trails behind our house. There is a root that looks just like a miniature fallen log. About a year ago, I said to myself “when I get a Breyer jumper, this’ll be the first place I go to take some pictures”.  I spent the weekend making halters and lead ropes for my new Breyer Horses. Besides that I also finished a few things I had to do on my to do list. Before I get into the other stuff, I’ll show you all the new halters I’ve made.  A purple one for Josie, because well she looks really good in purple. Then I made one for Tempest. It was my first time trying out cord instead of thread. I really like the multicolored lead rope.  Since making halters with the cord was such a success, I made a few more… All of them are now up for sale on my Etsy store.  On the rare occasion that a box comes with my name on it, that can only mean one thing. New Breyer horses!!! These came 3 days earlier than expected! Yay! The first one!
