Late and Early

 Hey guys, I am so sorry for not posting for so long! Life has gotten super busy! I haven’t been doing a ton of model horse stuff, just sending out Etsy orders and making a few occasional mini things. I also managed to take the pictures for the tutorial (I will get that posted soon, I promise!)   

I also attended WinterFest, which I enjoyed. I haven’t had a chance to do any of the workshops yet but since they’re available until January, I still have time. And although severely tempted, I did not get either of the WinterFest models. They also revealed that the Christmas Morning Surprise horse will be on a Kathleen Moody sculpt! And just today they announced that the Christmas Morning Surprise will be moved to TOMORROW! What?!? That’s reeeeeeeaaaaallly unexpected. I wonder why? It doesn’t really matter to me since I can’t afford to get it anyway, but I do feel bad for everyone who is working or busy and can’t get it. I am exited to see who it will be though! Set your alarms for 11AM eastern time tomorrow! (Tuesday)

Recent Customs

 I’ve been working on quite a few customs over the past couple months. I’ve done lots of new things, my first rabicano and my first traditional horse. The traditional is definitely my best custom to date!  I did a fleabitten grey because I am good at those😂 I am very happy with how he turned out! I had planned from the beginning to sell him when he was done, but I was definitely tempted to keep him! I tried a new technique to make them more realistic.  And the eyes… well, I think I finally get those down pat!!! I sold him as planned and he went to a home where he is going to be shown☺️. Everything Under The Sun

 Sorry for not posting for so long! I’ve been so busy! I have 4 commissions to finish, 10 halters to make, 3 mini whinny boxes, two sets of boots, one show halter, a leather halter, a shipping halter, just to name a few! And that’s not even counting the orders from my Etsy store 😂  So… yeah, I have lots of model horse stuff to do!  Here are the models I’ve finished: This mini whinny family, the foal is so cute!!! And this dappled grey stablemate, who has since sold And I don’t think I’ve posted this guy yet, he’s a mini whinny I painted a few months ago. Still for sale as of now! So let me know if you want him!  And here is a few of my projects…. I also started making mini whinny boxes!!! They are super fun (but also time-consuming) to make!  Then I made this Arabian halter for fun… it needs work, but is much better than the first one I made! New Horses

 Hi guys!!! Sorry for not posting for so long!! I was traveling a LOT this summer 😅. One of the places I went was to Vermont to visit family and to go to the fair that is there every year. I have a friend who works at the Morgan Horse Farm up there(if you’ve been reading this blog long enough you’ll probably remember her taking me there to cuddle some foals ☺️)   She also works for a Clydesdale farm who were competing at the fair. I got to help out get them ready to show! It was awesome seeing everything that goes on behind the scenes! If you guys are interested, I can make a post about it. But anyway…. The main reason I’m posting; to show off my Breyerfest and post Breyerfest horses!  First, Athenian Lady, the celebration horse.
