Halters, Bareback Pads, and a Deer.
I’ve been so busy with Breyerfest reveals, I haven’t had time to write about my recent creations! In the last month, I’ve made 4 halters and 3 bareback pads. I’ll start with the halters.
This first one is a plain leather halter with stitch marks and a rolled throatlatch made to fit Dream⬇️
The next one is the same but with black leather and I attempted to make a raised browband.
I think it turned out pretty well. There is still lots of room for improvement but I’m happy with how it looks.
The next halter I made was the most difficult.
It’s one long piece buckled together. (And yes, I had to make that one a working buckle too)
It’s kinda hard to explain, so hopefully these pictures can make up for it ๐
This was definitely the hardest halter I’ve ever made. But so worth it! It might be my favorite one I’ve ever made!
This last halter is, again, made to fit Dream. (I think your starting to get how much I like her…)
I love it! ๐
Moving on to the bareback pads!
This is the first one I made, the one I am keeping.
And I made two of these blue sets, which I have for sale on my Etsy store. If your interested, send me a message on Etsy mentioning my blog and I’ll give you a discount!
I really like this set, and I plan on making another for myself soon.
And the last subject of todays post, the newest member of my Breyer crew, and my first Breyer animal, Berry!
WOW! These look SO GOOD! I really like the halter that has both leather and ribbon. Looking forward to the NaMoPaiMo post! ๐
