I figured i should give you guys a rundown on what I’ve been up to lately. As you know, I’ve painted  polkadot princess , but that’s not all :D    I have this little mare patiently waiting to become a dappled grey, And put several new listings on my Etsy store. Some  miniature pumpkins Yes, model horse poop πŸ’©  Two  custom breyer tack  boxes  And this  dover saddlery 25 dollar gift card  that came in the mail. It can only be used in-store though, and there aren’t any close enough to be worth the drive :/  Oh, and while I was painting, I saw this: Watermelon fell and Faith saved him with her long ears🀣 Back where he belongs  Thanks for saving him Faith! And after much agonizing I decided to pass on the Breyer Halloween store. Slither is so gorgeous and I’m not usually a huge fan of the Halloween horses! But there’s something about her… I was literally checking out when I reminded myself that I told myself that I wouldn’t buy any more Breyers until after Christmas… Oh well, hopefully I

Luckily, my cold turned out to be more of the 24 hour type so I was back to work a few days ago. I’ve had quite a few things that I’ve been meaning to paint, but never really felt like doing it recently. But after getting sick, that’s all I wanted to do. So I painted a pony!! And not just any pony; my first Appaloosa!                                    I had an old Schliech Pinto Shetland pony sitting around and decided that she’d be my test model ;) she came out waaaayyyy better than I expected! Not bad for a first Appaloosa I’d say!!! Meet Polkadot Princess

Belated Birthday Unboxing

My late birthday gifts arrived today from my Nana. I was not expecting getting what I did! The first one is The Eighty Dollar Champion by Elizabeth Letts. It is one of the few horse books that I don’t own ;) I’ve already read it, but am excited to add it to the shelf!!! Speaking off… if anyone has a favorite horse book that you like, please let me know!!! I joke that I’ve read every single horse book that there is but I’m starting to think that it might be true!πŸ˜‚ I need new book recommendations! I really like how it has some pictures inside  And the other gift was Hope!!! I’ve always loved her but never ended up getting her. I love the pictures on the side πŸ’• Here she is!!! The first thing I noticed was the color. Her gloss has blue and pink (my two favorite colors) sheen And her mane and tail are a gorgeous blue/navy color  And her face is so pretty! Such a cute ponyπŸ’• Her only flaw is some kind of sticky thing on her leg. It’s kinda like when you put tape on something and then take
